Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong (via Umiam Lake)

• Arrival at Guwahati Airport

• Proceed to scenic Umiam Lake for sightseeing 

• Continue drive to Shillong (about 2.5-3 hours)

• Overnight stay in Shillong

Day 2: Shillong to Krang Suri - Phe Phe Waterfall - Shnongpdeng

• Morning visit to Krang Suri Waterfalls (a serene, less crowded waterfall)

• Visit Phe Phe Waterfall en route

• Drive to Shnongpdeng village in Jaintia Hills

• Riverside camping overnight at Shnongpdeng (with night activities around the Umngot River)

Day 3: Shnongpdeng water activities - Mawlynnong - Dawki - Cherrapunji

• Morning adventure activities like boating, kayaking, snorkeling in the crystal-clear Umngot River at Shnongpdeng

• Drive to Mawlynnong village (Asia’s cleanest village)

• Proceed to Dawki for river boating on Umngot and border views

• Continue to Cherrapunji for overnight stay

Day 4: Cherrapunji - Early morning double-decker root bridge trek - Post lunch Nohkalikai Waterfalls

• Early morning trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge (Nongriat Village trek)

• Post lunch visit Nohkalikai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India

• Overnight stay in Cherrapunji

Day 5: Cherrapunji - Arwah Caves - Mawsmai Caves - Garden of Caves - Seven Sisters Falls - Nongstoin

• Visit Arwah Caves, Mawsmai Caves, and Garden of Caves in Cherrapunji area

• Visit Seven Sisters Falls viewpoint

• Drive to Nongstoin for overnight stay

Day 6: Nongstoin - Emangre Village

• Drive from Nongstoin to Emangre Village located in South Garo Hills region

• Explore local culture and natural surroundings

• Overnight stay in Emangre Village

Day 7: Trek to Wari Chora - Overnight at Emangre

• Trekking day to Wari Chora gorge, which is a stunning river gorge trek involving bamboo bridges, forest trails and rubber boat rides

• Return to Emangre Village for overnight stay

Day 8: Emangre to Guwahati

• Drive back to Guwahati from Emangre Village (long drive)

• Optional sightseeing in Guwahati depending on time available

• Overnight stay in Guwahati
