These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with RoamYards Travel. By confirming your booking, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Confirmation

To confirm your booking, an initial non-refundable deposit of ₹7,000 per person - For Group Tours (valid for Indian Nationals only) is required. This amount will be adjusted against your final payment.
- 50 % Advance for customize package.

The balance payment must be completed at least:

10 days before departure for Domestic Trips, and

20 days before departure for International Trips.

Bookings made within these windows will require full payment at the time of booking.

Your trip will be officially confirmed only after the full payment is received.
- No Cancellations/Refunds on Black Days - ( i.e NEW YEAR , FESTIVAL , DIWALI , ETC )
2. Pre-Departure Process

Once your booking is confirmed and full payment has been received, we will create a WhatsApp coordination group for your trip.

This group will serve as the primary channel for sharing key details such as:

Final itinerary

Introduction to your trip leader

Packing guidelines

Any important updates or changes
